ZeMod Under Construction

The construction of the first ZeMod Delaware model home is under way at Beracah Homes!

Step 1: Floor Plan

Below is a floor plan of a 2 bedroom/2 bath ZeMod Delaware home. The layout is 14’x70′ with an open floor plan for the main living space. Notice the optional porch and deck – you can enjoy the outdoors without leaving your home.

Step 2: Construction

Step 3: Setup

Step 4: Finishing Touches

The ZeMod Delaware model home is currently under construction. Now that windows and counters have been installed, it’s starting to look like a real home!

Step 4: Solar Panels

After the finishing touches have been added, solar panels are installed on all ZeMod homes.

The first ZeMod Delaware model home is now available for tours at Beracah Homes in Greenwood, Delaware!.
